1) DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
A deposit of £30.00 must be made
when booking the disco, to fully secure a date.
Full payment must be completed at the latest by SETUP
TIME.
* All cheques to be made payable to 'Philip Pearce'
* A receipt will be given at time of payment, on request.
2) CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
The deposit is non-refundable.
* A change of date for an event is also considered as a cancellation.
3) CONFIRMATION
Silver Sounds will send confirmation of a disco when it is booked.
* If there are any problems with the information on the confirmation,
it is essential that Silver Sounds should be informed as soon as
possible.
4) MISCELLANEOUS
It is necessary for Silver Sounds to arrive at the venue 1 hour
before the start, to set up the equipment.
* 45 minutes must be allowed after the finish of the event for the
packing away of equipment.
* Requests are taken on the night, but for the best chance of having
all the requests,
a list should be sent to Silver Sounds as far in advance as possible.
5) CANCELLATION BY SILVER SOUNDS
Although this has NEVER NEVER
NEVER
OCCURRED,
on any occasion where Silver Sounds must cancel a booking due to
circumstances beyond its control,
Silver Sounds will refund all money given towards the event.
